18th & Peoria Development Framework

The 18th & Peoria Development Framework Plan represents the Pilsen community’s goals for the affordable residential redevelopment of approximately six acres of vacant land in the heart of the Lower West Side. It includes a preferred buildout scenario that identifies new streets and alleys, along with opportunities for public open spaces, connections to transit, ancillary retail uses, and quality-of-life amenities.
